Welcome to our new 2015 iPad app

Following our 22nd annual catalogue of Dutch and Flemish
Old Master Paintings, we are pleased to present our new intriguing collection
of paintings on the iPad.

Amongst our latest acquisitions, the Portrait of a Young Woman by Cornelis de Vos is the most exciting.
This unlined painting (with seventeenth century stretcher and nails) was over-painted in the eightteenth century.
After cleaning, an iconic painting appeared with a landscape background. A masterpiece by the artist revealed.
A further revelation is the rediscovered Adam and Eve in Paradise by Roelant Savery. This painting, signed and dated 1617, is an important addition to Savery’s oeuvre. Other important finds like an early work by
Salomon van Ruysdael, a fantastic garden architecture painting by Hans Vredeman de Vries and a winter landscape by Esaias van de Velde make this catalogue for Ipad a pleasing mix of high quality Dutch and Flemish art from the 16th and 17th century. We hope you enjoy this presentation!
